7. Practice Persistance.

Nothing works like persistance, this is not always easy, we have all heard about how people who double their efforts and get the same results are labled crazy. This fear of failure aside for a moment remember that talent alone will not deliver you to your goal, Hollywood is full of unappreciated talent.

Skill along will not serve you, the world is full of anonymous people who came in second place. Courage along is not enought either, for if it were every war hero who ran for office would have taken his or her oath. No My Sisters, Only persistance , coupled with these and other traits will see you through.

8. Set Your Priorities.

Decide to decide, make out you plan of action and do not listen to nay sayers or that little voice in your head that congers up excuses as to why you cannot do something. Even if the thing you want to do is beyond your means you will not find out until you try. Do you want a team of like minded people to help build your dream ? Then start looking for them at civic organizations, online social media site like facebook or myspace. Post ads to places like Beyslist.com. Do videos and put them on Youtube.com . Work every angle to achieve your goals. Working for yourself is not much easier than working for someone else. You may find your self in a kind of hell to reach your goals, but atleast it is a hell of your own making.

9. Get a mentor and a Cheerleader.

You will need one of each, someone you can tell your ideas too who will not shoot you down or be under whelmed by your ideas and some one who can advise you and guide you , help inspire you when you run out of steam. They say behind every great man there is a great women. well the same holds true for great Women, find a good freind or a relative who cares enough to listen without wanting to see you fail. This is an essentail, very few of us have the inner drive to sustain a project with out looking for support or a pat on the back from some one. If you are true to you goal people will notice and a teacher will step forward to aid to you.

10. Come up for air every now and then.

The Grave Yards are full of indispensible women! Do not be one of them, your life is already to short, do not spend forever with your head burried in a ledger or worring about your figure or the bottom line! Have faith in your self and your idea, do not want something so badly that it cause you more grief than good.

Pace your self, Every day make time for you in the burning quest for personal success.
